The Lon Lon Racetrack
The Lon Lon Racetrack is an indoor horse racing venue based around the popular farm from the Legend of Zelda series, Lon Lon Ranch. The stadium features state-of-the-art technology to help enhance the audience's experience.
In addition to the normal racetrack layout (A grand stand for viewers with the judge's stand overhead, the track and the stables, which is the only part of the stadium that is outdoors) the building is separated into two wings: Cremia and Romani, named after two characters from the series. All throughout the inside and outside of the building is a mural of Link riding his faithful steed, Epona.

GrandStand 2.0 -- The Navi System
In front of each comfortably cushioned seat (mostly built into the backs of row seats ahead of them) is a small monitor that features the "Navi System". The Navi system allows the guest to sit back and enjoy races more than any other race track.
Navi System users may submit electronic orders for snack food (and pay with plastic at the terminal or choose to pay in cash when a snack vendor arrives).
The Navi System will also give reports on the weather and the status of the parking lot and surrounding streets so that fans may choose whether or not they would want to leave and risk getting stuck in traffic or stuck in the rain.
Best of all, the Navi System allows its user to pick one of the special cameras mounted on the helmet of a jockey so that they can get a special "Rider View" of the horse of their choice.
Silent ads will show up on the screen when it is not being used; companies will have the option of having their ad show up on the screens and commercials for the stadium's own attractions will encourage fans to visit restaurants between races.

The Romani WingRomani is the younger version of Malon, the original daughter of Farmer Talon at Lon Lon Ranch. Therefore, it only makes sense to name the more family-friendly area of the racetrack after her.
The Romani Wing features restaurants, gift shops, and Epona's Hall of Fame. The Epona Hall of Fame is a mini-museum where guests can see photos of winning horses, world records in horse racing, and even learn about how race horses are bred and taken care of. All of the previously-mentioned areas have large LCD monitors on every wall so that you never have to miss a moment of any race, even if you're not in your seat! |
The Cremia WingThe Cremia Wing is for adults only; only those twenty-one years and older may enter. Here you'll find two sports bars, the Tipsy Talon and Ingo's Brew, as well as the betting area for those who feel lucky. As with the Romani Wing, LCD monitors line the walls for customers to watch the races.
